For Candidates

Meet company representatives in just a few minutes and make a lasting impression!

How it works:

  1. The registration form is already available, go to the application - the yellow button below. Fill it out and upload your CV.
  2. Our AI system will analyze your profile and match you with current employers.
  3. On the day of the fair, you'll receive an event link to join the online job fair.
  4. Once the event begins, you'll be automatically redirected to meet employers 1:1 in each round.
  5. After each round, you'll have a short break to indicate whether you'd like to connect further with that employer.

For Employers

Looking for motivated and competent employees? Let our AI assistant match you with top candidates.

How it works:

  1. Apply through the employer registration form.
  2. During the fair, our AI system will match you with a variety of candidates from different backgrounds.
  3. On the day of the fair, you'll receive an event link to join the sessions.
  4. Our system will automatically pair you with candidates and rotate you through virtual meeting rooms to meet the next candidate.
  5. While meeting each candidate, you'll be able to view their profile and CV directly.
  6. After each meeting, you'll be prompted to indicate whether the candidate is a good fit for your company.
